瓷套切割研磨机

用途:用于大型瓷套管切割端面及研磨外圆端面或倒角。

组成:床头箱、左右切割研磨头架、左右溜板箱箱、床身、尾架、过滤装置和电气控制装置等。

特点:由于采用微机控制来完成工艺要求的动作，所以切割、研磨质量高(表面光洁度达Ra μm0.8,端面平面度为0.04mm,两端面平和度为0.08mm),生产效率高，结构合理。
